Victoria Secret Runway (“platform”, “we”) provides AI content generation tools. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) covers content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement for all content created, submitted, published, or stored through Victoria Secret Runway (victoriasecretrunway.org). Every user must follow this Policy.
This Policy complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all of the following content types when offered by the product:
- Text: AI-generated writing, instructions, and related copy
- Images: AI-generated or AI-edited pictures and illustrations
- Audio / video: AI-synthesized speech, music, or video (when available)
- User input (prompts): text prompts, notes, themes, and instructions you submit
- Uploads you provide as inputs to generation features
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
You may not use the service to generate or distribute any of the following six categories:
- Sexual / NSFW content
- Violent / graphic content
- Hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people without consent
- Copyright / trademark infringement
2.1 Zero tolerance
The following are immediately blocked and may be reported to authorities:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Guidance for producing weapons of mass destruction
- Incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content of real people
2.2 Strictly prohibited for this product
Victoria Secret Runway does not allow adult / NSFW generation. Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation uses are also prohibited. Political misinformation, regulated medical/legal/financial advice claims, and other high-risk categories may be blocked by automated or human review.
2.3 Other prohibited behavior
- Generating or spreading false or deceptive information
- Impersonating real people, brands, or institutions
- Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
- Presenting AI output as human-authored when that would deceive others
- Bulk spam or fraudulent content generation
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass safety controls
3. Content moderation
We use automated screening plus manual review when needed. Before image or video generation, prompts are screened by our local policy and then by the active payment provider’s moderation API (Waffo Prompt Sift when configured, with local policy checks always applied). Only prompts that pass may continue to model calls. Failures, flags, denials, and degraded moderation responses fail closed — generation does not proceed.
4. Reporting
Report content or behavior that appears to violate this Policy, including:
- Prohibited NSFW, violent, hateful, infringing, or deceptive content
- Child-safety or terrorism-related concerns
- Deepfakes or impersonation that affect you or others
Reports are reviewed objectively. Reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Abusive or knowingly false reports may be recorded.

Please include the page URL, order or generation ID if available, and a short description of the concern.
6. Response timelines

7. Enforcement
- Warning and request to revise or remove content
- Removal of violating content
- Feature limits or reduced quotas
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Referral to law enforcement when legally required
Unused credits may be forfeited when an account is suspended or terminated for Policy violations.
8. Appeals
If you disagree with an enforcement decision, email hi@victoriasecretrunway.org within 14 days of notice. A reviewer who did not make the original decision will re-check the case, typically within 10 business days.
