We want purchases at Victoria Secret Runway to be straightforward. This policy explains eligibility for refunds and how to request one.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full refund on one-time credit purchases if no credits have been used within 7 days of purchase.

Eligible within 7 days when the purchased credits remain unused.

Cancel any time; access continues through the current billing period.

Free rewards have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

One-Time Purchases

Eligible: Purchase within the last 7 days AND zero credits consumed from that purchase.
Not eligible: Any credit used for generation. Credits are consumed in the order described in our Terms of Service.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
No partial-period refunds for subscriptions.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

Daily check-in credits, signup bonuses, and referral rewards are free and not eligible for refund or cash conversion.
