Welcome to Victoria Secret Runway (victoriasecretrunway.org). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Service

Victoria Secret Runway provides AI-powered tools to generate and edit digital content. Output is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws when using generated content.

Credits & Billing

  • New accounts receive 0 signup credits (one-time).
  • Registered users may claim 1 free credit(s) per day via daily check-in.
  • Credits are consumed in this order: free credits → period credits → purchased credits.
  • One-time purchased credits do not expire. Period credits reset for the paid access period.
  • When payments are enabled, they are processed by the third-party provider shown at checkout. Some sites are temporarily free-only and enforce daily usage limits.
Important credit order

Because free credits are used first, any generation may consume a free, period, or purchased credit according to your available balance. Please review your balance before generating.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, sexually explicit / NSFW, violent, hateful, deceptive, deepfake / face-swap, CSAM, or infringing content. The full content standards, reporting channels, and enforcement rules are published in our Acceptable Use Policy (including content standards and reporting).

Content safety

Before image or video generation, prompts are screened by our local policy and then by the active Waffo Prompt Sift when configured, with local policy checks always applied. Violations can result in blocked generation, content removal, suspension or termination of an account, loss of unused credits, and reporting to authorities where required by law. Intellectual Property

You retain responsibility for the prompts and materials you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated output, but should verify it is suitable for your intended use and does not infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Service is provided as is

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated results.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before printing, publishing, sharing, or relying on it. Do not treat generated content as legal, medical, financial, educational, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victoria Secret Runway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, downtime, provider outages, or reliance on generated content. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting hi@victoriasecretrunway.org.

If you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warn you and ask you to revise or remove the content
  • Block a generation request without charging credits
  • Remove or disable violating content or a private project
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Forfeit unused credits when an account is suspended or terminated for a violation
  • Report the matter to law enforcement when required by law

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
